My Favorite Drink

 

              My favorite drink is coffee because the taste is a little bitter, and the flavor is spicy. I like it. If I would like to drink a cup of coffee, I will go to Starbucks. Starbucks’ coffee is so delicious, so I often go there, and I drink a cup of coffee. However, if there is not Starbucks close to me, I buy a canned coffee at the vending machine or convenience store. My favorite canned coffee is EUROPEAN Black which is sold by GEORGIA. I also like BOSS Black which is sold by SUNTORY. I like EUROPEAN better than BOSS because I think EUROPEAN Black tastes so round, and it is not sour. When I drink a cup of coffee, I don’t put milk and gum syrup and sugar. I drink a cup of coffee more than three times a day, so I bought a coffee maker that is sold by Nespresso. It is so easy to use because it doesn’t need coffee beans. It uses a capsule. There are a lot of kinds of capsules such as Intenso and Espresso, Lungo, etc. The machine price is 20,000 yen, and a capsule price is about 80 yen. They are a little expensive, but it doesn’t hurt to buy.

                My favorite music is western music. I love it so much. Especially, I like R&B of English songs because it is so cool. Also, I used to practice playing DJ in a nightclub. My friends kindly helped me improve my DJ playing. Playing DJ made me funny. My favorite singer is Nelly because his rap is so cool. He released his album which he made with Kanye West. The album name is “Watch the Throne.” The album is so cool. They are brilliant minds. If you are interested in the album, please listen to the album. I also like Alicia Keys because her voice is so beautiful. However, she doesn’t release any new songs lately. When I am having a tough time, I want to listen to her songs. I listen to English songs every day. I listen to English songs on You Tube 2 hours a day. I listen to English songs when I take a bath, and when I go to school, I listening to English songs. I have been introducing my favorite songs on my blog so be sure to listen to those songs. My favorite song is “Say Something” now. The song was sung from A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera. I have been listening to the song a lot recently.

His name is Huckleberry Finn. Huck has no family so he doesn’t go to school, but he is taken charge of by Mrs. Douglas, and he gets to be able to go to school. Also, Tom and Huck get a lot of money from “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” so he becomes rich. Therefore, Huck lives fairly happy life.

However, his father hears about Huck gets a lot of money, and he comes back to Huck. He is a double-dyed villain. He wants to get Huck’s money so he catches Huck forcibly, and he locks in cottage close by Mississippi River. Moreover, Huck and his father begin to live together. However, Huck thinks I might be killed by my father in someday, and he is scared so he has a strong determination to run away from his father. Therefore, he is able to run away from his father, and he finds a canoe, and he pull out to Mississippi River. 

Huck lands at Jackson’s Island, and he hides the canoe from a thicket. Huck lurk for a while in Jackson’s Island, and he starts a journey at night. This is his plan. However, Jackson’s Island should be a desert island, but he has a feeling there is someone. There are smells like someone does the cooking. There is somebody else on Jackson’s Island. But it isn’t his father. It is Jim, Miss Watson’s slave. Jim is his friends. Miss Watson is older sister of Mrs. Douglas. Huck and Jim lived together so Huck knows Jim very well. Huck likes Jim.

Huck gives a sigh of relief. On the other hand, Jim feels frightened because in Missouri, there is the law you catch them and bring back to master if you find fugitive slaves. However, Huck doesn’t intend to catch him and bring back. Huck tells him it. They decide to run away together. Then, desperate adventure of theirs begins.

   In around 1930, Tom Sawyer live with his younger brother named Sid and his cousin named Mary and his aunt named Polly and a household servant named Jim in 

St. Petersburg, Missouri, America. Tom is bad boy so he fall into disfavor with adults in the neighborhood, but he is boss of the kids so his playmates give him due respect.

   Tom skips work that Polly gives him directions, and he cuts school, and then he spends all of his time in idle amusement. He spends every day is like this. He has a best friend named Huckleberry Finn. Huck is a homeless. Tom puts his heart into Huck’s house building. Tom and Huck build a hut on the big tree, and they play in there. They share the place with everyone.

   One day, Tom and Huck and Ben go to Jackson Island behind the back of adults in order to pretend that they are pirates. The raft they ride are riding being carried away at night, but the raft is caught so they are safe. Adults of the town are under the wrong impression they are carried off in the sewers so adults go in search of them, but adults can’t find them. Adults hold their joint funeral. When adults feel sorry, they come in sight, and they surprise adults.

   One day, Tom and Huck go to a graveyard at midnight in order to pretend that they are bandit. They happen to witness the murder case in there. They pinch in a manhunt for a criminal, but they can’t arrest the culprit. They don’t give a damn for things like that. They go on an expedition, and they catch sight of a haunted house, and they go into there. They witness the scene that the murderer carries gold out of there, but they can’t confirm where the gold are carried out. 

   After that, Tom and Huck go to limestone cave is on the outskirts of the town to play. The place is a secret base of the murderer. They are caught by him. They are saved by a sheriff, but the murderer is missing. However, Huck find gold that the murderer hides so he famous person of the town.

   Huck is placed in the custody of a town people. He starts to go to school with Tom and his friends, but he is full of mischief as usual.

I think that I will introduce my hometown. My hometown is Kuhonnji in Kumamoto city. Kuhonnji is surrounded by national roads and the bypass. There are many kinds of car dealer shops in my hometown such as Porsche, Lexus and more. In addition, there are a lot of shops in my hometown. My hometown is so comfortable to live in. I moved to my house when I was a nursery school toddler. My house is a solitary house. My houses was built at that time. There are a lot of house near my houses. I’m friendly with many people in the neighborhood.

 There is large hospital near my house. It takes seven minutes on foot. If I am injured or catch an illness, I’m feeling safe. There are rice paddies and crofts near my house. Fortunately, my house is located close to the junior high school and elementary school. It takes five minutes on foot. Thanks to that, I wasn’t late for school when I was a junior high school student and an elementary school student. I’m a lucky boy. 

But unfortunately, there are not so many parks in my hometown. When I was child, I was bothered by these play place. When my nephew comes to my house, my nephew goes to a park far from my house. I want to build more parks in my hometown. 

There is also paucity of grocery supermarket in my hometown. My mother and grandmother are hard put to shop for dinner especially because my grandmother doesn’t have a license to drive. She shops for dinner by bicycle. I hope to build grocery supermarkets near my house. I like Kumamoto and I like my hometown. There are some disadvantages in my hometown. But, I hope to come right in my hometown. I hope to my hometown became more comfortable. I want to live in my hometown forever. I love my hometown. 

   I love my home town, because my home town have several festival. For example we have Fusisakigu Akino Reitaisai. The festival is following the horse festival. The festival have many people and many horses. the many people wear happi coat and  many people drink alcohol and dancing and play an instrument. The festival is vigorous and beautiful. I joined the festival last year. I was so fun. My hair was well-coiffed and I wore a happi coat. I joined the festival with 4 of my friends. We were dance and walking and running during the entire festival. I was tired, but I was enjoying it.

Problem to Be Solved

In recently years, global warming has become a world problem. We have to work through about global warming.

Now, many environmental issues are happening in around the world. For example, abnormal weather is happening all over the world, and Sea level of the sea around the world is rising, and lack of water and food is happening all over the world. The cause of these problems is the rapid increase of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide. The greenhouse gases is generated from the various things that we are using in order to live comfortably. Various things are car and refrigerator, cooler, and television and etc.

We have to deal seriously with global warming is the reduction of greenhouse gas. We have to get by without using an air conditioner. We have not to use as much as possible the cooler and TV. We have to try riding a car as little as possible, and we have to use public transportation. Ride a bicycle instead of a car. We have to try using as little electricity as possible. The greenhouse gases would be reduced if people all over the world do these things.

In the future, I hope that the weakened even a little the progress of global warming.

              I would like to go to France at least once before I die. I have some reasons why

I think so.

First of all, France is a fashion country. In the country, there are a lot of head office of big name brands, for example Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Yves Saint Laurent etc. I am interested in fashion and clothes so I would like to learn fashion in the country.

Second, France is country of art. Many artists born in the country and coming from outside of the country engaged in artistic activities. Among them were Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso and Le Corbusier. Also France has famous are museums such as the Louvre Museum and the Orsey Museum. I would like to go to there and appreciating many different artist’s work.

Final of all, I am in love with the Architecture of France. In France you will find lots of beautiful historic buildings and cities. For instance, the Palace of Versailles in Paris, Mont-Saint-Michel and its Bay, Notre Dame Cathedral in Reims, Sacre-coeur in Paris, Sainte-Chapelle in Paris, the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Arc de Triomphe etc. I would like to live among the beautiful skyline of France.

My Best Trip

I went to Hiroshima with my friends named Shinnosuke and Yamato and Saori and Mai and Myojo 3 years ago. The trip is my best trip in my life.

First, I played snowboarding in “Geihoku Kokusai ski area.” The snow of the place was so good condition so we were easy to do snowboarding. We had a good time in the place.

Second, we went to Itsukushima Shinto shrine. We drew written oracles. My written oracle was “very good luck.” Someone maybe drew “bad luck.” We took many pictures in the place. We fed Japanese deers. We had a good time in there.

Third, we ate Okonomiyaki. Hiroshima style okonomiyaki was so delicious.

Finally, we stayed in the hotel. We celebrated Myojo’s birthday in there. We gave birthday presents to her. And then, we played with foreign students in hotel. Then, I could not speak English, so I thought that I have to study English more and more.

This memory is my life treasure.

I will write about my favorite season. I like summer the best. I have many reasons.

First, I like swimming in the river or sea. I'm not good at swimming, but I like to do it. I go to the river or sea, and I swim with my friends every year. My favorite river is “Senjyogawara”. Movie Review:05 “Shrek.”

The movie I will introduce today is “Shrek.”

Shrek is a monster who lives far from town close by a marsh into forest. On

days, Donkey who is a talkative ass comes down the pike in front of him. Lord Farquaad

ordered Shrek to help Princess Fiona and come. He rescues the princess from a fierce

dragon excellently. Along the way as he returns, Fiona says that she will camp out at

night and hide in a cave. She had a secret.

Fiona confesses in Donkey on the 2nd night. Fiona transforms into a monster

at night. Shrek eavesdrops when Donkey talks to Fiona. Shrek was attracted to Fiona,

but the distance is born between two people by the misunderstanding of Shrek. Lord

Farquaad calls for Fiona. Fiona was going to bring the curtain down on a wedding

ceremony before becoming ugly. Donkey reveals the princess's secret which Shrek

misunderstands. Shrek knows that he gets the wrong end of the stick and he hurries to

the place for the wedding where Fiona is.

The day goes down. Fiona changes into a monster. Lord Farquaad says that

Fiona is a monster, and he is going to put her in irons. Shrek rescues Fiona from Lord

Farquaad and Shrek kisses Fiona on the lips. Then Fiona was supposed to become the

beautiful genuine figure, but the genuine figure of Fiona was a figure of the monster.

Shrek says that "You are very beautiful." for Fiona who was depressed and Shrek and

Fiona marry and live together.

I will write about the expression of this sentiment.

Because the CG of this movie was beautiful, I was impressed. In addition, this

movie gave me a smile because this movie have a lot of funny scenes. This movie has a

continuation, so I'd like also to see it.

Movie Review:04 “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.”

The movie I will introduce today is “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.”

It is 1935 in Shanghai. Songstress Scott Willy was singing "Anything Goes" in

the nightclub "Club Obi Wan". Indy who is an adventurer and archaeologist is

conducting a transaction with crime king Lao Che in Shanghai at some table. Indy gets

the spirit tablet of emperor Nurgach who is Lao's ancestor and he exchanges it for a

diamond, but Lao makes him drink a poison and tries to get the diamond back. They

scuffled concerning the antidote and the diamond and the end of a shooting turmoil and

Indy with Willie escaped. They had a child called Short round who is a Chinese boy in

tow and they hurried to the Shanghai airport.

The airplane with 3 people on board was actually Lao's and while they are

sleeping, the two pilots escaped by a parachute. They noticed they were at a dangerous

place and boarded a life raft and escaped from the airplane. The boat goes down the

inclination of the snow and enters a river, and they have made a crash landing in India.

An aged man was seeing that, and he guided them to Meiaburu village. The villager

believes that they are the savior of the legend given to them from a god. A field in the

village is lying waste. An elder said the people who came from the Pankotto palace

rodded of "holy stone", and they also swept the children from the village. Indy got asked

by the elder to get back the stone called the Sankara stone.

The 3 people get upon an elephant and go to the Pancotto palace in the next

morning. When they went through a forest and cut into Pancotto palace, they were

greeted by the Prime Minister Chattar Lal. Indy finds that the place follows Maharajah

rules with a dark air. The Blumburtt captain of a British army who met at the palace

said "Curly cult which entrapped this area to fear should go to ruin before the 1st

Movie review 03 Romeo + Juliet

The movie I introduce this time is “Romeo + Juliet.”

A stage of this story is Italian Verona beach in 1996. The Montagues and the

Capulets 2 big Mafia families that were exchanging blood and guts for a long time.

They have just only caused a gunfight recently. Romeo of the Montagu family is lovesick over Rosaline and he steals into a secret masquerade party of the Capulet family with best friend Mercutio one night. On the other hand, Juliet of the Capulets worried about marriage with fiancé Paris that my father has decided. Romeo falls in love at first sight Juliet of the Capulets who came to the masquerade party. Romeo and Juliet didn't know that the other was the enemy who but Romeo asked Juliet out. Romeo knows that Juliet feels the same affections, too and their love burns like fireworks.

Fr. Lawrence was consulted by Romeo about marriage with Juliet and he thinks the conflict of both families would disappear when news of their marriage is known and he cooperates with them. They promise to celebrate a wedding at Lawrence's church at 9:00 in the morning. Romeo is taken in on blood and guts of Montagu family VS Capulet family in the afternoon of that day when the ceremony was held. Romeo tried to stop the struggle, but best friend Mercutio is killed by Tybalt of the Capulets. Romeo who becomes frenzied kills Tybalt with a gun in anger. Romeo was pardoned by the Prince chief constable and he avoided the death penalty, but he was barred permanently from Verona beach.

After spending the night with Juliet, Romeo escaped to Mantua. Juliet checks with Lawrence for she had to get married to Paris. Lawrence hands her a medicine which puts her in a state of apparent death for 24 hours to Juliet who says she does at the risk of her life." Her plan is that she will live with Romeo in Mantua when wakes up. Lawrence sends a letter to Romeo quickly, but the letter did not reach Romeo. Came the fatal day. Romeo who knew Juliet's death when he visited a church. When Romeo implanted the last kiss on Juliet, Romeo drank poison. In the course of time, Juliet who woke up soon follows behind Romeo and dies, too. Their love became eternal in this way.

Movie review 02 Cool Hand Luke

The movie I introduce this time is "Cool Hand Luke".

Luke is intoxicated in midnight and is breaking a parking meter one after another in a liquor bottle in one hand and he has to serve a sentence of two years for destruction of property. Client of the correction systems are something like hefty gentry, but the stalwarts who bear comparison the client of the correction systems also has complete set of corrections officials. Luke’s mother visits the prison to see him. He was taking a pass on his mother who was pinch with sick and he felt that I cannot meet my mother ever again. When he received the telegram which tells about his mother's death, he sheds tears. He planned a jailbreak and escaped three days later, but he gets caught at the end and receives miserable discipline. But he escaped from jail again and sent a letter with the name of "Cool hand Luke" to Dragline from outside the prison. Prisoners envied him, but there was no one for the person who blames him who became free. He gets caught again so that he may fall short of expectations of prisoners. He has to wear heavy shackles and he was taken into imprisonment in a cell, but his will isn't overturned.

Luke carries out three times of jailbreak and takes Dragline on the last one.

 The TV drama I will introduce today is “glee.”

Will was a beginning teacher of McKinley high school. Sandy got fired as adviser of

glee club, so Will would like to become the adviser of the glee club. The principal

imposed the condition that he pay for the cost of club activity out of his pocket but he

still became the adviser of the glee club. And a new team was formed. The new team

was named “New Direction,” but the glee club fell on bad times and there were few club

members and so Will has begun to persuade people but he could gather no more than 5

members. Their name are Rachel, Mercedes, Kurt, Tina and Artie. All of them are dorks.

They were people at the bottom and are despised by the American football club and the

cheerleading club. Will guided them and worked hard but they had a rocky road ahead.



One day there was a man who sings "Can't Fight This Feeling" in the shower room. His

name is Finn. Will was captivated by his singing. Will put a drug in his locker and he

blackmailed Finn about that and Finn joined the glee club even though he didn’t want

to. And all members of glee club sang "You're The One That I Want." All the members

except for Finn were glad, but Finn felt defensive.

In the situation, they made an inspection of Carmel high school’s glee club Vocal

Adrenaline and they were stunned by a crushing performance of that team. They had to

fight against this team in the next competition.


 Will got a problem just as they practiced. His wife became pregnant. He decided that

he would resign from being a teacher but at such time, he heard the voices of the glee

club singing "Don't Stop Believin'" from the hall. After hearing the song, he decided to

continue as a teacher and their adviser.

My favorite sports are soccer and basketball and snowboarding.

I have played soccer from when I was an elementary school student to when I was a high school student. My position is MF. MF is so interesting. I like playing soccer and also watching soccer. My favorite team is Real Madrid. My favorite player is Cristiano Ronald. He is so good at playing soccer. His position is FW.

I have never played basketball, but I like watching basketball. In particular, I like watching the NBA. My favorite NBA team is GSW, because the team is so strong. They have many champion rings. My favorite NBA player is Allen Iverson, because he is so cool. Everyone addresses him as "A.I."

Sally is listening to Andrew. “Sally, meet me at six o’clock, not at half past six. OK?” “OK Andrew - But my blu….” Now Sally is at work. She is talking to her friend Claire, and she tells her about Andrew, Michael, and the blue skirt. “It’s OK, Sally.” Claire says. “Let’s go out at lunchtime. We can find a new skirt. You can wear it tonight.” Ring ring!! It is Andrew again. “Hi, Sally. Look, meet me at the Bar Bogart, not the Cosmo Bar - OK?  It is one o’clock. Sally and Claire are looking at skirts. Sally buy the red skirt. She goes into a cafe. She phones her mother. Next to Sally, Paul is finishing his coffee. He phones his friend and talks to him. Then he stands up. The bag with the red skirt falls on the floor. He puts down his phone and picks up the bag. Paul picks up his phone and goes out of the cafe. Sally picks up her bag and her phone, and goes back to work. Paul is in his office. Ring ring!! It is Andrew. Sally is at work. Ring ring!! She answers the phone. “Hello, is Paul there?” Sally has Paul’s phone. Paul has Sally’s phone. Paul phones Sally. “We need to change phones.” “OK” “Let’s meet in Queen’s Square at a quarter to six,” says Paul. “OK, Paul,” says Sally. In Queen’s Square, Sally cannot find Paul. “Where are you, Paul?” “I’m near the trees.” Sally meet Paul again. Sally doesn’t go the Bar Bogart. Sally and Paul leave the Blue Moon. “That’s a nice skirt,” Paul says. “I like red.” Sally smiles at him.

 

Key points about the book:

Sally’s boyfriend Andrew is selfish and forcible. Sally likes red. However Andrew says “Wear blue skirt, Sally.” On the contrary, Paul is nice guy. He is gentle. Sally likes red. Paul says “That’s a nice skirt.” So Sally chooses Paul. I think that it is natural.

 

My opinion:

I think I want to become like Paul, because he is so smart. I think I don’t want to become like Andrew. This story is so interesting.

He is the strong man in all England. He can be the first Knight of the Round Table. One night, Morgan and Mordred arrive at Camelot. Morgan and Mordred stay for weeks. Arthur has dream about Merlin says “Be careful, Arthur. Mordred is a bad man.” Arthur tells Guinevere about the dream. Guinevere says “Don’t worry. Morgan and Mordred are nice people. One day Mordred comes to Arthur and Mordred says “Perhaps Guinevere and Lancelot are in love.” Arthur talk Lancelot about “Leave Camelot now, before I kill you. Lancelot rides away quickly with some knight. In the towns and villages people begin to fight again. Everyone is afraid. One night, Mordred says “Find Lancelot and fight him!!” The next day, Arthur leaves with many knights. A week later, Arthur and his knight find Lancelot. Just then, a soldier arrives from Camelot and says “Mordred is now king! Everybody thinks you are dead, and the queen is in prison. Arthur talks Lancelot about “Let’s forget our fight! Help me, Lancelot. Arthur and his knights quickly ride back to Camelot and find Mordred. Suddenly all of the soldiers start fighting. Many hours later, His knight, his friends, his soldiers, they are all dead. Mordred stabs Arthur. Just then, Lancelot and his soldiers arrive and Lancelot slashes Mordred. Arthur says “Take my sword. Throw it into the water over there!” Lancelot throws the sword.A hand comes out of the water. Merlin appears. Merlin says “Come with me Arthur.” Arthur talks Lancelot about “Goodbye Lancelot. Find Guinevere and look after her. Never forget King Arthur and magic of the Round Table. Lancelot answers “Yes, my lord.”

    The book’s key points are Merlin meet Arthur and Arthur meet Guinevere, Merlin leaves, Arthur meet Lancelot, and Arthur meets Mordred. Believing is important. However don’t believe everything you hear.

 

My opinion:

    This story is so famous so I know the story and there is no hard English word used and there is no past tense even used in the book so I easily read the book. The book’s story is so interesting so I want to introduce the book to everyone.

Fletcher and Colin, Claudia starts the job. First of all, they make a search for a man that name Renfield. They come up with him and Fletcher asks Renfield about “Where does the vampire live? He answers about “Twenty-six, Moon Street. Number sixteen. They leave for there in hurry. There is nobody there. Suddenly, Claudia smiles and she looking at Colin’s neck so she is vampire. She makes a sudden dart at them but the sun rises and the vampire stops and gets away.

 

Key points about the book:

    I don’t know how it’s going to unfold until the very end. For example “Who is vampire?”, “What is Fletcher?” This story is not horror, but suspense. This is Key points.

 

My opinion:

    This book is very easy to read, because there is no hard English word used in this book and this book is so short. The book’s story is interesting so I couldn’t put the book down.

However, he is enclosed in a sunken ship and die. In 2009. John West, his wife Mae, and their friends want to get the treasure. John West, his male friends try to get the treasure but fail. However, Mae try to get the treasure and success. She says, ‘You’re wrong. The curse says, no man can have Tom Creek’s treasure. . . But I am a woman.

    This book is very easy to read, because there is no hard English word used in this book. There is no past tense even used in the book. The book is a short story. I think that this book is interesting. The book’s punch line is so nice.
